Anyways, to future counselor learn all you can if you go for practical. Very valuable experience!
Sebenarnya sekarang penjawatan kaunselor dah open under kawalan JPA. Bkn under specific kementerian. It's easier to move tambah lg bila govt mmg nak ade pegawai kaunselor at each jabatan. | |

Lots of corporate companies are looking to set up peer counseling in their own entity. PETRONAS for instance has their own peer counseling programme. They were trained by PERKAMA themselves. | |

| Nama pun peer counseling....
There are no position for counselor. so regular employee (technical or not) are trained with basic of counseling.
Macam peers tu....kan ke mane2 student pun bleh join dan diorang dilatih dengan skil2 tertentu.
